I started working on our family tree in August of 2000, and in all fairness, I must say this is where our Website got its beginning. What began as a little inquisition on my part, turned into this major hobby, and we will just say that the rest is, well . . . history!
I found some old papers my sister sent me when she had been working on our family tree about twenty years earlier, and basically, I just took it from there. Of course, I had the internet to help me, but she had to do it "the old fashioned way."
I took the information she had and expanded on it, proving her information and my own with census reports and other documentation that was now available to me. While this is still an ongoing project, I want to dedicate this part of my Website to my sister Marcia, and thank her for all the time she spent giving us a start to "Our Family Tree."
And this is where I came up with the name "Twisted Branches" for our Website.
