Salmon Fillets 1.5 oz whiskey 1.5 oz amaretto 1.5 oz taco seasoning Cilantro Garlic Powder

Onion Powder Cayenne Pepper Honey Ranch Dressing Olive Oil

Instructions: |
Note: Fish cooks better if it is thawed.
Turn skillet to approximately 250 degrees (medium heat). Pour in enough olive oil to cover area where fish will cook.
Place Salmon in skillet.
Introduce whiskey and amaretto to oil and salmon.
Top with light dusting of cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Allow to cook about 5 minutes. Just before turning, cover salmon with honey. After turning salmon, repeat adding ingredients to top of salmon. After adding ingredients, top with honey again and drizzle ranch dressing over top and sides.
Continue cooking for about seven minutes or until fish is done. Do not over cook.
About 2 minutes before fish is done, turn the skillet to high heat to “Caramelize” or blacken fish.
Can be served as entrée with other vegetables or with salad.
