Ingredients:

1 potato, peeled and grated
1/2 small onion, diced
1 egg, well beaten

1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together potato, onion, flour and egg. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet or frying pan then pour in potato mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn when brown and cook other side. Serve with syrup if desired.
