Ingredients: |
1 lb Pepperoni or Salami or a mixture of both-sliced 6 cups Mozzerela Cheese grated 2 lbs of Italian Trio Pasta 3 tbls butter 5 Roma tomatoes-Diced |
2 cloves diced garlic 1 Tbls sweet basil 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp oregano 1 tsp salt |

Instructions: |
Cook Pasta according to directions. Put tomatoes, basil, garlic, oregano and butter in blender. Blend till smooth like tomatoe sauce. In large bowl mix pasta and 1 cup pepperoni slices with 3 cups cheese. Add all but 1 cup tomatoe mixture to Pasta mix. Pour into 13X 9 pan pour remaining Tomatoe mixture on top, spreading over pasta mixture, add 1 layer pepperoni, than cover with remaining cheese. Bake covered with foil in 475 oven for appx 30 mins. Or untill bubbling and heated thru. |
