Ingredients:

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, reserve liquid
1/2 cup reserved liquid
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Cooking Instructions:

Mash potatoes and mix together with remaining ingredients. Put mixture into a lightly buttered casserole dish. Prepare topping.

Topping:
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix together and spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
