Ingredients: |
1 pkg yeast 1 c milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs or 4 egg yolks

1/2 c melted oleo 2 Tablespoons lukewarm water 1/4 - 1/2 c sugar |

Instructions: |
Scald Milk. Combine milk, sugar, salt. Cool till lukewarm. Soften yeast in lukewarm water. When milk is lukewarm, add yeast and WELL beaten eggs. Mix. Add 2 cups flour & mix. DO NOT KNEAD Flip into lightly greased bowl. Cover and chill till firm enough to handle. Flour counter top and roll dough about 1/2 inch thick Cut like you are making biscuits. Rub butter on circles and then fold circles in half, pinching sides together. Place the folded side down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown on top (not burnt on bottom) |
