1.5 – 2 lbs 70% Lean 1.5 cups Italian Bread Crumbs 1 beaten egg 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 small finely chopped onion ¼ bell pepper (optional) Parsley Basil

Soy Sauce Worcestershire Sauce Milk 1.5 – 2 cups catsup 4 heaping Tablespoons Brown sugar ½ tsp Mustard Garlic Powder Minced Onions

Instructions: |
Marcia’s Meatloaf:
Combine in medium bowl:
1.5 – 2 lbs 70% Lean – NO MORE LEAN
1.5 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1 beaten egg
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 small finely chopped onion
¼ bell pepper (optional)
Sprinkle over beef mixture to your taste preference:
Parsley
Basil
Soy Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Add to above mixture until consistency of very thick pudding
Milk
Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, depending on your oven temperature.
15-20 minutes before end of baking time, prepare below:
Jeff’s BBQ Sauce:
Combine in small bowl:
1.5 – 2 cups catsup
4 heaping Tablespoons Brown sugar
½ tsp Mustard
NEXT:
Sprinkle Garlic Powder over top of above mixture until it looks like it snowed
THEN: Sprinkle Minced Onions until it covers top of the sauce and mix in.
FINALLY: Sprinkle Basil and Parsley until it looks “grassy” on top, mixing well all ingredients
Together. Let sit minimum 15-20 minutes.
Pour mixture over top of meatloaf and bake an additional 15 minutes.
