Ingredients:

2 large ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon salsa

1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together all ingredients until smooth. To retain green color, keep one of the avocado pits in the mixture until ready to serve.
