12 eggs, separated 1 cup sugar 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream |
Rum to taste Milk Nutmeg - Optional |

Instructions: |
1. Beat egg whites until they peak while gradually adding sugar.
2. In separate bowl, add rum to egg yolks.
3. In large punch bowl, mix ice cream and milk to get a thick milkshake consistency.
4. Pour cooked egg yolks into punch bowl and blend gently. (Rum cooks egg yolks.)
5. Fold in sweetened egg whites.
6. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
